Thank you for shopping with AtomTech Developments. We are committed to processing and delivering your order as quickly and securely as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed before 12pm are typically processed on the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times are:
• South Africa: 3 to 9 business days
• Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the selected shipping method.
Any promotional free shipping offers apply only where stated.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates are provided by the courier and may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Signature on Delivery
Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to accept the parcel, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave collection instructions.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
Delays
While we strive to deliver every order promptly, delays may occur due to:

• Public holidays
• High order volumes
• Events beyond our reasonable control

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of the recorded delivery date.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the packaging and product, if applicable
• A description of the issue
We will investigate the matter with the courier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Temperature Sensitive Products
Where applicable, temperature-sensitive products are carefully packaged for shipment.
Once a shipment has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, responsibility for proper storage transfers to the customer.
