Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with AtomTech Developments. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of the products we sell, our return and refund policy is as follows.

Returns

For safety, quality assurance, and hygiene reasons, peptides and other biological products cannot be returned once they have been shipped or delivered.

We do not accept returns for:
• Opened or used products
• Products with broken seals
• Temperature sensitive products
• Products stored incorrectly after delivery
• Change of mind purchases
• Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the packaging and product
• A description of the issue

After review, we will offer one of the following where appropriate:
• A replacement product
• Store credit
• A full or partial refund

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery times are outside our control. If a shipment is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier before issuing a replacement or refund.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:
• Courier service disruptions
• Weather
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after approval.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer may be subject to additional shipping charges.
